Almond Pear Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (1c.)
2. baking powder (1tsp.)
3. baking soda (1/2tsp.)
4. whole wheat flour (1c.)
5. ground nutmeg (1/4tsp.)
6. ground cloves (1/4tsp.)
7. sugar (1c.)
8. salt (1/4tsp.)
9. milk (1/2c.)
10. eggs(2)
11. plain yogurt (1/2c.)
12. chopped almonds (1/2c.)
13. almond extract (1tsp.)
14. vegetable oil (1/2c.)
15. chopped peel pear (1c.)

Method of preparation
1. Take a large bowl. Mix flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, nutmeg, cloves and salt in it.

2. Take another bowl. Beat eggs, milk, yogurt, vegetable oil and almond extract in it. Pour this mixture into a mixture of dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until it gets moistened. Add sliced pear and almond in it. Now fill the greased muffin cups 2/3full with this mixture.

3. Bake it in an oven for about 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees F. Cool it for about 5 minutes on wire rack and then remove from the muffin cups.

Number of servings 12 muffins.
