Apple Crumb Cake Recipe

For Batter:- Eggs 2, sugar(1 cup),sifted flour(2 cup), vanilla(2 tsp), soft butter(1/2 cup),sour cream(1 cup), baking powder(1/4 tsp), salt(1 tsp), baking soda(1 tsp).
For Filling: – Chopped pear or walnut, peeled chopped apples (1 ½ cup), sugar (1/2 cup), cinnamon (1 tsp).
For Topping: – Flour (1/2 cup), sugar (1/3 cup), bisquick (1/2 cup), soft butter (1/4 cup).
Method Of Preparation:-
Mix cream, sugar, butter, sour cream, eggs, salt and baking soda in a container to make a butter mixture. Now mix together the baking powder and flour with salt and baking soda. Beat both the mixtures (butter mixture and flour mixture) until it becomes smooth then make the batter of this mixture. Take a bow. Put apples, sugar and cinnamon in this bow. Take a 9 inches square pan and greased it. Now spread half batter in the greased pan .Put the apple mixture on the batter in the pan. Again put the remaining half of the batter on the top of the apples. Mix butter, sugar, bisquick and flour in a small bowl to make crumbs. Use crumbs for topping. Now bake it in oven at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes until it becomes brown. This is very delicious and we can make it in 3 steps.
