Ingredients
Carrot cake mix (1 oz), cream cheese frosting (1/2c), raisins (1c), walnuts (1c), half and half (1/3c) egg (1) and softened cream cheese (2pkg or 3oz).

Method Of Preparation:-
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take a cookie sheet and grease it. Take a large bowl. Mix dry cake mix and cream cheese in it until it looks like crumbs. Add egg, half and half, raisins and walnuts mix it until dough becomes soft. Place the dough on flat surface dusted with flour and knead it for 6 times. Divide the dough in two parts, shape each part into balls. Press the dough in circle form about ¾ inches thick. Cut it with floured knife into 6 wedges. Place each wedge on cookie sheet. Now place the cookie sheet in an oven and bake it for20-25 minutes or until the edges get brown. Take it off from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Store these scones in covered container at room temperature.It is quite healthy and very tasty too.
