Chocolate Nut Muffins Recipe

2. coca (1/2c.)
3. baking powder (1tsp.)
4. baking soda (1/4tsp.)
5. instant coffee granule (1tsp.)
6. splenda (1c.)
7. beaten eggs (2)
8. buttermilk (1c.)
9. chopped nuts (1/2c.)
10. vanilla extract (1tbsp.)
11. melted butter (1stick)
12. milk chocolate chips (8 oz.)
13. white chocolate chips(8 oz.)
14. white sugar (4 tsp.)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a large. Mix flour, splenda, coca, coffee granules, baking powder, sugar, baking soda and nuts in it. Mix it well.
2. Take another bowl of medium size, mix egg, butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the mixture dry ingredients until it gets moistened and form the batter of this mixture. Add half of the chocolate chips into the batter.
3. Pour the batter into the muffin cups with spoon. The cups should be greased properly. Now, sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips over the top of the muffins.
4. Bake it for about 20-25 minutes. After baking, cool the muffin cups on wire rack. Now, remove the cups and then serve the muffins.
