Impossible Hamburger Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

For crust
1. Bisquick (2 1/2c.)
2. active dry yeast (1 envelope)
3. hot water (2/3c.)

For meat mixture

1. Ground beef (1 pound)
2. chopped onions (2tsp.)
3. oregano leaves (2tsp.)
4. pepper (1/4tsp.)
5. tomato sauce (1can)

For topping
1. Parmesan cheese, grated (1c.)
2. chopped green bell pepper (1/2c.)
3. mozzarella or cheddar cheese (2c.)

Method of preparation

1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a bowl. Mix the Bisquick mix, hot water and yeast to form dough. Place the dough on floured surface and knead it about 20 times until it gets smooth. Keep it for sometime.

2. Take a large frying pan. Cook beef and onion in it until the meat is brown and onion is tender. Mix tomato sauce, pepper and oregano leaves and keep it aside. Now take dough and divide it into half.

3. Take an ungreased baking sheet of rectangle 13 x 10 inches or a pizza pan of 12 inches. Roll each half of dough on it and spread the meat mixture to it. Put the cheese and green pepper over it. Bake it until the crust is brown and the filling gets hot and bubbly for about 15-20 minutes. When it gets ready then cut it into squares and serve it.
