Impossible Tuna and Cheddar Pie Recipe

1. Bisquick baking mix (1c)
2. eggs (3)
3. butter or margarine (1/4c)
4. solid white tuna in water, drained (2cans about 6 ½ oz)
5. peppers (1/8tsp)
6. milk (1/4c)
7. shredded cheddar cheese (2c)
8. thinly sliced tomatoes (2)
9. chopped onions (2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a glass pie dish or casserole dish and grease it.
2. Take a saucepan, place it over low heat. Cook margarine and onions in it until the onions get lightly brown. Dust the tuna and 1 cup of cheese in baking dish.
3. Take a blender, beat eggs, milk, pepper and baking mix in it for about 15 seconds on high speed. Then put this mixture in baking dish.
4. Place the baking dish in oven and bake it for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted in pie comes out clean.
5. Place the tomatoes and left over cheese over the top and again bake it for about 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese gets melted. Now take out the pie from the oven and keep it for about 5 minutes to cool and then serve it.
