Meatball Stew With Dumplings Recipe

1.Vegetables (16 ounces)- peas, cut green beans or sliced carrots
2. cream sour (1/4c)
3. soup, cream of celery (10 ½ ounces)
4. meatballs (1recipe)
5. potatoes, drained and sliced (15 ounces)
6. dumplings, eggs or parsley recipes (1)
For egg Dumplings:-
1. Eggs (2large)
2. bisquick (2c)
3. milk (2tbsp)
Take a bowl, mix eggs, milk and bisquick in it. Mix it well to form soft dough.
For Parsley Dumplings:-
1. Parsley flakes (2tbsp)
2. bisquick (2c)
3. milk (2/3c)
Take a bowl, mix bisquick, parsley flakes and milk in it . Mix it well to form soft dough.
Method of preparation:-
1.First prepare the meatballs and then place them on paper towel to drain the excess fat from them.
2. Add sour cream, soup, potatoes and peas with liquid in Dutch oven and cook it until it gets boiling by stirring it irregularly.
3. Now take the prepared dumplings and then drop spoonful of dough into the boiling stew. Then keep it to simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Then cover it and again keep it to simmer for more 10 minutes. Now it is ready to serve.
