Peach Cobbler Recipe

Self rising flour (1 1/2 cup), peeled sliced peaches or frozen peaches (4 cups), milk (1 1/2cup), smart balanced butter (8 tbsp.), water (1/2 cup), sugar (2cups), groundnut cinnamon.
Method Of Preparation:-
First of all heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a saucepan Mix peaches, water and sugar in it. Mix peaches, water and sugar in it. Mix it well and boil it then keep it at simmer for about 10 minutes. Now take off the saucepan from heat. Put the butter in the baking dish and keep it in the oven to melt. Take a bowl. Mix flour, milk and sugar slowly to avoid it to get clumping. Pour this mixture over the baking dish of melted butter. Now put the fruit on top with spoon and pour the syrup gently. Now dust top with ground cinnamon. Bake it for 30 -40 minutes in an oven. This is a low fatty cobbler and it is yummy!
