Pumpkin Pancakes With Cinnamon Syrup Recipe

For cinnamon syrup:-
1. All purpose flour (2tbsp.)
2. water (1c.)
3. ground cinnamon (1tsp.)
4. white sugar (1/2c.)
5. vanilla extract (1tsp.)
6. packed brown sugar (1/2c.)
Method
1. Mix all the dry Ingredients in a small saucepan. Add water and vanilla. Boil it and then mix it until boiling. Boil it for few minutes until it gets thicken. Take it off from heat and keep it aside until it needed.
For pancakes
1. Bisquick (2c.)
2. milk (1c)
3. brown sugar (1 tbsp.)
4. cinnamon (1/2 tsp.)
5. clove (1/8 tsp.)
6. nutmeg (1/4 tsp.)
7. vanilla extract (1/2 tsp.)
8. pumpkin puree (1/2 c.)
9. eggs (2)
Method of preparation
1. Take a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients properly. Add eggs and milk into dry ingredients. Mix it thoroughly.
2. Heat a pot of butter in a frying pan or griddle, over medium heat. When it gets hot, add the pan cake batter to the pan or griddle and cook for few minutes until you see the bubbles form on the top of the pancakes.
3. Cook again for 1-2 minutes until it gets read. Serve with fresh cinnamon syrup and enjoy it.
