Pumpkin Waffles Recipe

1. All purpose flour (2 1/2c)
2. baking powder (2 1/4c)
3. baking soda (1tsp)
4. ground cinnamon (2tsp)
5. egg (4large)
6. well shakened buttermilk (1c)
7. canned solid pack pumpkin (1c)
8. melted unsalted butter (6tbsp)
9. milk (1c)
10. ground cloves (1/4tsp)
11. ground ginger (1tsp)
12. salt (1/2tsp)
13. packed light brown sugar (1/3c)
14. vegetable oil for brushing waffle iron and warm pure maple syrup
Method of preparation:-
1. First Heat the waffle iron and oven to 250 degrees F. Take a bowl. Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and dry ingredients in the bowl. Mix these properly.
2. Take another bowl; mix all the wet ingredients like egg, buttermilk, milk, pumpkin and butter until it gets smooth. Now mix this mixture of wet ingredients into the mixture of dry ingredients until it gets smooth to form batter.
3. Brush the iron waffle with vegetable oil. Pour the two cups of batter into the waffle iron and spread this mixture quickly. Make about 4 inches waffle. Bake it until it gets golden.
4. After baking, place the waffles in oven to keep them warm and crispy. By this method make more waffles of the remaining batter. Serve with warm maple syrup.
