Ingredients:
1. Bisquick baking mix(2cups)
2. confectioners sugar (1/2 cup)
3. chopped nuts(1/2 cup)
4. margarine softened or butter (1/3 cup)
5. water(2 tbsp)
6. almond extract(1 tsp)

Method of preparation:
1. First heat the oven at 350 degree F. Take a bowl. Mix butter and confectioner sugar in it. Now mix baking mix, almond extract and nut in it. Mix all these ingredients with enough water to form moisten dough.

2. Place these balls on the ungreased cookie sheet. Bake it until it gets set on baking sheet, about 8-10 minutes. Remove these balls from the cookie sheet and keep then cool for about 5 minutes.

3. Take confectioners sugar, roll the balls in sugar while these are warm. Now the snowball cookies get read. Store the cookies in air tight container. Serve with tea or coffee.
