Waffle Cups Recipe

1. All purpose flour (1c)
2. water (1c)
3. lightly beaten egg white (1large)
4. confectioner sugar (2/3c)
5. powdered milk (6tbsp)
6. finely ground balanced almonds (2tbsp)
7. almonds extract (1/2tsp)
8. vegetable oil (3tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl. Mix all the ingredients with a blender until the mixture becomes smooth for about 1 minute at low speed to form batter. Cover the bowl of this mixture. Keep it for 1 hour to chill this batter.
2. Use an electric pizzella maker to make the waffles. Heat it and lightly grease its bottom and top with oil. Pour the batter with spoon on each side of pizzella maker. Spread the batter on the molds with the back of spoon to cover the molds. Cover it and cook it for about 1 to 2 minutes until it gets golden.
3. When the pizella gets ready peel off it and fit it into the large ramekin. To give the shape, press small ramekin inside it. Use second pair of ramekins for second pizzella. When the cups get hardened for about 2 minutes then take off the ramekins, To make more waffles use the left over batter. Keep these waffles in air tight container for about 3 days at room temperature.
