Wild Rice Turkey Pot Pie Recipe

For Filling:- Cooked and drained wild rice (2c.), frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained (1bag or 12oz.), dried minced onions (2c.), fat free cream of mushroom soup (1can), milk (1/2c.) and cubed cooked turkey (2c.).
For Topping:- Original bisquick (1 1/2c.), egg (1) and milk (1/2c.).
Method Of Preparation:-
First of all heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take an ungreased casserole. Mix half of the cooked wild rice or 1 cup with other filling ingredients like turkey, vegetables, soup, onion and milk in it. Mix it properly. Take another bowl; mix other half of cooked rice with the topping ingredients like bisquick milk and egg. Mix with fork until it gets blended and then pour it over the pork mixture in the casserole. Place the casserole in oven and bake it uncovered for about 20 30 minutes or until the crust gets golden brown. Serve it warm.This pot pie is very easy to make. In this wild rice and vegetables are used for filling and bisquick is used for topping.
