Tilapia With Buttery Crumb Topping Recipe

Ingredients
Tilapia Fillets (4to6), soft fresh bread crumbs (1c), dried leaf basil (1/2tsp), melted butter (3tbsp), salt and pepper (to taste).

Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a large shallow baking dish, grease it lightly. Place the fish fillets in prepared baking dish and then sprinkle salt and pepper over it. Mix the butter with the remaining seasoning and toss it with bread crumbs. Now sprinkle the crumbs over the Tilapia fillets. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the fish fillets for about 15 to 18 minutes or until the fish gets cooked. Broil it for 2 to 3 minutes until the topping gets brown. When the fillets get cooked they will flake easily with fork. Use spatula to place the fillets on the plate.
