White Bread Recipe

This is very simple and easy to make.

Ingredients
Flour more and less divided (6c), active dry yeast (1envelop), very warm water (2c), softened butter (2tbsp), and salt (1/2tsp).

Method of preparation:-
white-bread-recipeTake a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar and salt in it. Beat this mixture in low speed and then add butter and water. Now beat this mixture in high speed for about 3 minutes. Add flour enough to make soft dough. Place this dough on lightly floured surface and then knead it for about 8 to 10 minutes until it gets smooth and elastic. Take a large buttered bowl and place the dough in it and then cover it with clean towel and keep it for 1 hour in warm place to rise in size. Now punch the dough and knead zit to make it smooth. Cut it in half and keep it for 15 minutes. Now roll each half in rectangle shape and then roll it and make the loaves to fit in pans. Place these loaves with seam side down in a greased loaf pan. Cover the pan with clean towel and keep it for 45 minutes in warm place to rise in size or doubled in size. Now bake the loaves for 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees F. After baking, take off the loaves from the pan and place on rack. Brush these loaves with butter to make soft and flavorful crust.
Make two loaves of white bread.
