Beef Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients
Ground beef (2lbs), soft flour tortillas (12 to 24), sour cream, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese (2c), diced med. Onion (1/2), diced bell pepper (1/2), garlic powder (1tsp), cumin (1tsp), paprika (2rbsp), chili powder (2tbsp), salt (1tsp).

Method of Preparation:-
Take a 2 quart. Sauce pan, add ground beef, chili powder, salt, garlic, cumin and paprika in it. Add enough water to cover the meat. Keep it to boil and then simmer it over medium low heat for an hour. Then add chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook it for 20 to 30 minutes. Take a heavy medium size pan, heat thin layer of oil in it over medium low heat. Place the tortilla in the pan and sprinkle it with 1/4cup of cheese. Add about 3 tablespoon of strained beef and top it with 1/4cup of cheese. Cover it with another tortilla and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes or until gets golden brown. Flip the quesadillas over and again cook for 2 minutes. Take off from the heat and cut it into wedges. Keep it warm while frying the more quesadillas.
