Creamy Swordfish On Noodles Recipe

1. Swordfish steaks, cut into ½ inch cubes (4c)
2. all purpose flour (1tbsp)
3. uncooked egg noodles (4c)
4. olive oil (1tbsp)
5. pepper, divided (1/2tsp)
6. salt, divided (1tsp)
7. frozen California blend vegetables, thawed (1 package about 16 ounce)
8. shredded parmesan cheese (1c)
9. shredded mozzarella cheese (1c)
10. heavy whipping cream (1c)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take the package of noodles; open it and then cook them in a pot according to the instructions on the package. In the same time, dust ¼ teaspoon of pepper and ½ teaspoon of salt over the Swordfish.
2. Take a large frying pan, heat oil in the pan and then saute fish in the oil for about 5 to 6 minutes until it gets opaque. Take a bowl, put fish in it with a spoon and keep it warm.
3. Take a small bowl, add cream and flour in it and mix it until the mixture becomes smooth. Then pour the mixture into the frying pan and then mix cheeses in it. Keep it to boil and then cook it for about 2 minutes until the mixture gets thicken.
4. Add fish, rest of the pepper, salt and vegetables in it. Cook it for about 5 minutes. Now drain the noodles and place them in serving plate and then put the swordfish mixture on the top of the noodles. Now the dish is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
