Easy Tuna Potato Baked Recipe

Tuna drained and flaked (2cans about 7 ounces each), scalloped potatoes (1 package about 5 ounce), milk (1 14c), pepper (1/8tsp), salt (1/2tsp), flour (3tbsp), butter (3tbsp), thinly sliced onion (1 med.), ground paprika (optional), prepared mustard (1tsp), hot pepper sauce (1/2tsp), grated cheddar cheese (1/2c), mayonnaise (1/2c).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take the package of scalloped potatoes and bake them according to the instructions on the package. Add onions in the potatoes. Take a casserole of 2 quart, place potatoes and onions in it. Place the casserole in oven and bake potatoes for about 20 to 25 minutes at temperature mention on the package. ?bake them until they get soft. Take a saucepan, place it over low heat. Melt butter in it and then mix flour, pepper and salt in it. Then slowly add milk in it. Cook it by stirring regularly until the mixture gets thickened and becomes smooth. Now add drained tuna in it and mix it with mixture. Then pour the tuna mixture over the baked potatoes. Take a bowl, mix cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and hot sauce in it and then spread this mixture over tuna. Again place the casserole, uncovered in the oven and bake it for about 10 to 15 minutes until it gets ready. Then take it out from oven, sprinkle paprika on the top and then serve it.
