Italian Cheese Bread with Shortcut Rising Method Recipe

Ingredients
Dry yeast (2pkg), all purpose flour (4 1/2c), Swiss cheese (1/4pound), grated parmesan cheese (1/2c), sharp cheddar cheese (1/4pound), sugar (2tsp), salt (1tsp), eggs (6large) and margarine (1c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a cup of warm water and then dissolve yeast in it until it gets fluffy and beat egg in another bowl and then mix both the mixture of egg and margarine in a bowl. Then mix this mixture in yeast water. Take a bowl, mix flour, salt and sugar in it and then add this in egg and margarine mixture. Now cut all types of cheese like parmesan, Swiss and cheddar in cubes and mix in this mixture to form dough. Place the dough in greased glass bowl. Cover it and keep it to rise or doubled in size. Take a 10 inches pan and grease it. Pour the dough with spoon into the pan and keep it to rise again until doubled in size.(with short cut method). Place the pan in preheated oven and bake it for about 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees F. After baking, take out the bread from oven and cool it for 10 minutes. Now take out the bread from tube pan and cool it again for 20 minutes, serve it while warm or cool with glass of milk.
