Mexican Fire Rice Recipe

Long grain white rice, uncooked (1 1/3c), picante sauce (1jar or 16oz), shredded cheddar cheese (8ounce), water (2- 2/3c), ground pork breakfast sauce (1pound), sour cream (1 container or 8 ounce).
Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a sauce pan of medium size, put water in it and keep it to boil. Add rice in the pan. Cover the pan, reduce the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 20 minutes. Take a frying pan, place it over medium heat and cook the sausage in the pan until it gets brown. Take a bowl; mix cooked rice, sausage, sour cream and picante sauce in it. Now take a baking dish of medium size, place the rice mixture in the dish. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the top of rice mixture. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake it for 20 minutes or until the cheese gets melt.
