Baked Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

1. Skinless chicken thighs (12)
2. ground black pepper (1/4tsp)
3. ground ginger (1/2tsp)
4. minced garlic (1clove)
5. cider vinegar (1/4c)
6. soy sauce (1/2c)
7. white sugar (1/2c)
8. cold water (1tbsp)
9. cornstarch (1tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a small saucepan, place it low heat. Mix ginger, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, cold water, cornstarch and ground black pepper in it. Keep it to simmer by stirring it regularly until the sauce gets bubbly and thickened.
2. Take a baking dish of 9*13 inch, grease it lightly. Place the chicken in it. Apply sauce on the chicken, turn the side of chicken and again apply sauce on it.
3. Now place the dish in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes. Now turn the side of chicken pieces and again bake it for about 30 minutes until it gets cooked well. Brush the chicken with sauce after every 10 minutes during cooking.
