Beef Stuffed Sopaipillas Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour (2c), vegetable oil (1 1/2tsp and additional for frying), evaporated milk (1/4c), water (1/2c), baking powder (1/2tsp), salt (1tsp).
Filling:-   Ground beef (1pound0, chopped onion (3/4c), pepper (1/4tsp), garlic powder (1/2tsp), salt (1/2tsp).
For Sauce:-   Condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted (1can), shredded cheddar cheese (2c), onion powder (1/2tsp), chopped green chilies (1can), chicken broth (1/2c).

Method of Preparation:-
Take a bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder in it. Mix water, milk and oil in it. Mix it with fork in til a ball forms. Knead a dough on lightly floured surface. Keep it for about 15 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions and then roll them into 6 ½ inch circle. Take an electric pan, heat oil in it to 375 degrees. Fry the ciclkes, one at a time for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until get golden brown and then drain on paper towel. Take a frying pan, place it over medium heat. Cook beef and onion in it until the meat gets pink and then drain it. Mix salt, pepper and garlic in it. Take a sauce pan, mix broth, soup, chilies and onion powder in it. Cook it for 10 minutes until get heated through. Cut the slit on one side of each sopaipilla, fill it with ½ cup of meat mixture. Spread cheese on the top and then serve it with sauce.
