Cilantro Chicken Rice Recipe

Yellow rice (1pkg. or 10 ounces), coarsely chopped fresh cilantro (3/4c), drained and rinsed black beans (1can or 15 ounces), ground cayenne pepper (1/4tsp), drained and rinsed pinto beans (1can or 15 ounces), drained whole kernel corn (1can or 15 ounces), salt (1tsp), stewed tomatoes (1can or 28 ounces), chicken broth (2c), minced garlic (4cloves), skinless chicken breast halves (8), olive oil (1/4c), diced red bell pepper (1), diced onion (1med.), coarsely chopped fresh cilantro (3/4c), all purpose flour (1/2c), drained and diced green chili peppers (1can or 4 ounces).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a pan, heat oil in it. Coat the chicken with flour and then fry it in hot oil until the chicken gets brown. Drain the chicken and keep it aside. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper to the pan. Cook them for about 5 minutes. Then add the yellow rice, corn, stewed tomatoes, pinto beans, black beans, green chile peppers and cilantro to the pan. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Keep all the Ingredients to boil and add the chicken in the pan. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Now keep it to cook for about 30 minutes. When the rice gets ready and then serves.
