Crockpot Chicken and Herb Dumplings Recipe

1. Bisquick (1c)
2. sour cream (1c)
3. white wine, dry (1/2c)
4. bay leaf (1each)
5. thyme leaves, powdered (1/4tsp)
6. marjoram, powdered (1/4tsp)
7. minced garlic cloves (2each)
8. salt and black pepper (according to taste)
9. chicken (3 pounds)
10. onions, small white (10 each)
11. milk (6 tbsp)
12. freshly chopped parsley leaves (1tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take chicken, sprinkle it with salt and pepper and then place it in Crockpot.
2. Take garlic cloves and put in one onion and then put all the onions into the pot. Then add wine, bay leaf, thyme, marjoram and garlic in the pot. Cover the pot and cook over low heat for about 5 to 6 hours.
3. Then take out the cloves and bay leaf from the pot. Now add sour cream in it and cook it over high heat.
4. Take a bowl to prepare dumplings by mixing bisquick with parsley and then mix milk in it until it gets well moistened. Then drop the dumplings around the edge of pot with teaspoon. Cover the pot and cook it for 30 minutes over high heat.
