Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (4)
2. water or red wine (1/3c)
3. tomato sauce (1can about 15 oz)
4. flour (2tbsp)
5. boneless chicken legs, skin removed (4)
6. dried Italian seasoning (1tsp)
7. sliced mushrooms, drained (1jar about 4 oz)
8. chopped green bell peppers (2)
9. minced garlic (4cloves)
10. chopped onions (2)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take chicken thighs and legs and cut them into 1 inch pieces. Take a slow cooker; mix all the ingredients in it except flour and water.

2. Cover the cooker and cook for about 6 to 7 hours on low heat until the chicken gets cooked.

3. Take a small bowl, mix flour and water or red wine in it. Mix it well and then pour it over the chicken mixture.

4. Again mix it and cook it for about 10 to 15 minutes on high heat until the mixture gets thickened. When it gets ready then serve it over the hot cooked egg noodles.
