Golden Chicken Curry Recipe

1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets, cut into strips (3)
2. farfalle pasta (1package about 500gm)
3. balsamic vinegar (8tbsp)
4. chopped fresh basil leaves (handful, thickly sliced courgette (1)
5. yellow pepper, cut into strips (1)
6. red pepper, cut into strips (1)
7. green pepper, cut into strips (1)
8. minced garlic (8cloves)
9. salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
10. olive oil, divided (2tbsp)
11. courgette, thickly sliced (1)
12. red onion, cut into strips (1)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take pasta; cook it according to instructions on package. Drain it and keep it aside.
2. Take a large pan, place it over medium heat. Saute garlic in it for about 2 minutes. Then add chicken in it and cook it until it gets cooked. Then take it out from the pan and keep it aside.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan and heat it. Saute courgette, onion, yellow, red and green peppers in it until they get soft.
4. Take a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, basil, salt and pepper mixture, chicken and farfalle pasta in it. Mix it properly and then serve it.
