Spicy Tilapia With Aioli Recipe

Ingredients
Tilapia fillets (2pounds), cumin (1tsp), onion powder (1tsp), garlic powder (1tsp), chili powder (2tbsp).
For Aioli:- Dried tarragon (3/4tsp), Dijon mustard (1 1/2tbsp), lemon juice (1 1/2tbsp), minced (6cloves), mayonnaise (1 1/2c).

Method Of Preparation:-
To Prepare Aioli:- Take a bowl, mix all the Ingredients of aioli in the bowl. Mix them properly and then keep the bowl in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it. Now preheat the grill. Take a bowl; mix the spices for the fish in the bowl. Take Tilapia fillets and then sprinkle the spices over both the sides of the fillets. Now place the fillets on the hot grill and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes over a medium high heat. Turn the fillets once during grilling. When the fillets get cooked then take them off from the grill and place in the serving dish. Serve them with Aioli.
