Apple Sour Cream Cake Recipe

All purpose flour (2c), sugar (1c), butter (1/2c), sugar (1/2c), cinnamon (1tsp), chopped walnuts (1/2c), finely chopped apples, peeled (1 1/2c), vanilla (1tsp), baking soda (1tsp), eggs (2), dairy sour cream (1c).
Cinnamon Caramel Glaze/ Sauce:- Hot evaporated milk (1/3c), cinnamon (1/2tsp), butter (2tbsp), brown sugar (3/4c).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts in it and keep it aside. Take a large bowl, beat butter and sugar in it until it becomes light and fluffy. Then add sour cream, flour, vanilla, soda, baking powder and eggs in it and then beat it for about 3 minutes. Now prepare the apples and set aside. Take a fluted cake pan, grease and flour it lightly. Now pour half of the batter into the greased pan and dust half of the nut mixture over it and then spread chopped apples on it. Dust the rest of the nuts over the apples and then top it with rest of the batter. Now place the pan in oven and bake it for about 60 minutes at 350 degrees F. Bake the cake until it starts to pull away from the sides of the pan. To prepare glaze, take a blender, put hot evaporated milk, cinnamon, butter and sugar in it. Blend this mixture on high speed until the sugar gets dissolved and then keep it aside. Now take out the pan from oven and place on rack to cool and then remove the cake from pan and then sprinkle glaze or sauce over it and serve it.
