Apricot Cherry Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
1. Cornstarch (1tbsp)
2. sugar (1/3c)
3. pitted, water packed cherries, drained (2 cans about 1 pound)
4. apricot halves in light syrup, undrained and cut in half (2 cans about (1 pound)
5. melted butter (1/2c)
6. granola cereal (4c)
7. cinnamon (1/2tsp)
8. vanilla ice cream

Method of preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a large bowl, mix cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, cherries and apricot in it. Mix all these ingredients properly.

2. Take a baking dish of 13*9-inch, grease it and then place the mixture in it. Take a bowl of medium size, add melted butter and mix granola in it. Mix it until it gets coated properly. Then dust it over the fruit mixture in baking dish.

3. Place the dish in oven and bake it at 375 degrees F for about 35 to 40 minutes until the mixture gets hot and fluffy. When granola is getting brown then cover it with foil during the last 10 minutes. When the apricot cherry crisp gets ready then serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.
