Bakara Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Flour (1 1/2cup), vegetable oil (7tbsp), cocoa (2tbsp), granulated sugar (4tbsp), eggs (2), baking powder (1/2tsp) and vanilla (1packet)
For Upper Side:- Cocoa (1tbsp), granulated sugar (2tbsp), milk (1c), cake mixture (1tbsp).
For Middle Layer:-  Milk (1/3c0 and icing sugar (1pack).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a deep bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar in it until the sugar gets dissolved. Then add flour, baking powder, vanilla, vegetable oil, yogurt and cocoa in sugar mixture and mix it again until the mixture becomes smooth. Keep 2 tablespoon of cake mixture aside. Take a round cake mould of 8 inch and pour the rest of the mixture in it. Heat the oven to 329 degrees F for a while and then place the mould in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Then take out the cake from oven and keep it to cool. Take a pot; add rest of the cake mixture, 1tablespoon of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 cup of milk in it. Cook this mixture over medium heat by stirring it regularly until the mixture gets the consistency of milk pudding. When the upper sauce gets cool then transect the cake to get the lower side up and pour the sauce all over. Spread 1/3 cup of milk and 1 pack of icing sugar over the cake. Place the cake piece in icing sugar cream. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and then cut it into slices and serve it.
