Baked Apricot Recipe

Ingredients
1. Apricots, Halved and pitted (8)
2. granulated sugar (1/3c)
3. kirschwasser or kirsch (4tbsp)
4. water (1/2c)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a deep baking pan of 2-inch, pour water in it and then place the apricots in the pan with cut side up.

2. Lightly dust the kirschwasser on the apricots. There will be a bit of liqueur in the hollow of each apricot. Then lightly dust sugar across the prepared apricots.

3. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake it uncovered for about 25 minutes. When the apricots change to brown in color on the top then apricots get cooked but they are still slightly hard. Now the baked apricots get ready to serve.
