Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (1 3/4c)
2. mashed bananas (1c)
3. vanilla extract (1tsp)
4. beaten egg (1)
5. brown sugar (2/3c)
6. white sugar (2/3c)
7. butter (3/4c)
8. semisweet chocolate chips (1c)
9. salt (1/2tsp)
10. baking powder (2tsp)

Method of preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a jelly roll pan of 10*15 inches. Grease it and then dust the flour on it.

2. Take a large bowl, mix white sugar, cream butter and brown sugar in it until it gets fluffy. Add vanilla and egg in it and then beat it well. Then put this mixture in mashed banana.

3. Take another bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder in it and then add the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Mix both the mixtures properly. Then mix the chocolate chips in it and then spread the mixture in the jelly roll pan.

4. Now place the pan in oven and bake it for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F until it gets set. Then take out the pan from oven and keep it to cool. When it gets cool then cut it into squares and then serve it.
