Bananas With Cinnamon Coconut Sauce Recipe

Bananas (4), cornstarch mixed in 3 tablespoons coconut milk (1tbsp), sugar (2tbsp), cinnamon (1/2tsp or to taste), coconut milk (1 1/2c), coconut cream (1/2c).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take bananas, peel and then cut them into quarters. Take a covered steamer, steam bananas in it over a pot filled with boiling water. Take a pan, add coconut milk and coconut cream in it and then keep it to boil. Mix sugar and cinnamon in it. Mix coconut milk and cornstarch by stirring and then add it to the saucepan, cook it by stirring until it gets thickened. Take a serving dish, place the steamed banana pieces in it and pour the sauce over the pieces. Now decorate it with Asian fruit slices and mint leaves.
