Black Forest Mousse Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
1. Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling (1pkg)
2. cold 1% milk (1 1/2c)
3. Sugar free Cherry Pie Filling, canned (1 1/2c)
4. Sugar Free zero Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided (16)
5. Sugar free cool whip whipped topping, thawed, divided (1tub about 8 oz)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a large bowl, pour milk in it and then add pudding mix in it. Beat this mixture for about 2 minutes until it gets well blended. Slowly mix 1 cup of whipped topping and coarsely chop the 10 cookies and mix them into the pudding mixture.

2. Take a serving bowl of 1 ½ quart, put half of the pudding mix in it with spoon and then cover it with half of the rest of the whipped topping. Add 1 cup of cherry pie filling on the top.

3. Repeat the layers of pudding mixture, whipped topping and rest of cherry pie filling. Now take rest of the 6 cookies, cut them in half and then place them on the top of the dessert. Now the dessert is ready to serve. Serve it immediately or cover it and keep it in the refrigerator.
