Blackberry Pie Recipe

1. Flour (1tsp)
2. granulated sugar (1/2c)
3. butter (1stick)
4. crescent roll dough (1 can about 8 oz)
5. lemon juice (1tsp)
6. cranberry juice (1/4c)
7. apple sauce (1/4c)
8. blackberries (2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large saucepan, place it over medium heat and melt butter in it. Add sugar and flour in it. Mix it regularly while adding the ingredients in it.
2. Then add blackberries in it and keep it to cook by stirring for about 2 minutes and add lemon juice, cranberry juice and apple sauce in it. Now reduce the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Take off the pan from heat and keep it for 45 minutes at room temperature. Now take crescent roll dough, roll it to make crust and place the crust in pan. Reserve about ¼ of crescent roll dough to make top crust.
4. Place the blackberry mixture into the pie. Roll the rest of the dough in rectangle shape and cut it into ½ inch wide and long strips. Arrange the strips in creative design across the pie to make the top crust. Now the blackberry pie is ready to serve.
