1. Bananas (4)
2. flour (2tbsp)
3. peanut oil (1 1/2c)
4. icing sugar (6tbsp)
5. corn flour (6tbsp)
6. water (4tbsp)
7. sugar (2tbsp)
8. egg whites (2)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, beat egg whites in it until they get firm. Take another bowl, sift flour and corn flour in it and add water in it. Mix it well and then add egg whites and beat the mixture lightly until it gets smooth and form a batter.
2. Take bananas, peel them and cut them into 2” length and then cut them in half lengthwise. Then sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of sugar over them.
3. Take a pan, heat oil in it and coat each piece of banana in batter and then drop few pieces into the hot oil. Reduce the heat and cook them until they get fluffy, turn lightly until they get golden color. Drain them and place them on paper napkin in serving dish. Dust ice sugar over them and serve them immediately.
