Chocolate Bread Recipe

1. Flour (4c)
2. lukewarm water (1c)
3. warm milk (1c)
4. egg (1)
5. butter (3tbsp)
6. honey (2tbsp)
7. flour (1 1/2c)
8. dry yeast (2packets)
9. chocolate chips (8ounces)
10. salt (to taste)
11. sugar (for dusting)
Method of preparation;-
1. Take a bowl of medium size, mix flour, yeast, honey and lukewarm water in it. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and keep it aside for about 1 hour. Stir the sponge in milk-butter and salt mixture. Then mix it in flour to form dough. Add more 1 1/2c flour if desired. Knead the dough until it becomes soft.
2. Take a greased bowl. Put the dough in it. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and keep it aside until the dough gets double in size and volume.
3. Take loaf pans, grease them place the dough in pans until it gets deflated. Now take it out from the pan and cut it into 8 pieces of equal size. Then coat chocolate on each piece and cover it with tea towel.
4. Spread the egg glaze on loaves and then dust sugar over them. Bake the loaves until they get light brown in color. Now take out the bread from the pan and keep it to cool for about 10 minutes on wire rack and then serve them.
