Chocolate Butter Cream Recipe

Bittersweet chocolate (12 squares about 1 ounce), confectioners’ sugar (4c), eggs (2), salt (1pinch), vanilla extract (1tsp) and unsalted butter (2c).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a pan, place it over low heat. Melt the bittersweet chocolate in it and then keep it to cool slightly. Take a mixing bowl, add butter or margarine, vanilla and salt in it and then beat it with a mixer for about 4 minutes until it gets light and fluffy. First beat the mixture in slow speed and add powdered sugar in it while beating. Mix it well and then beat it on medium speed for about 4 minutes. Then add eggs in it one by one and beat for about 5 minutes. Now add the melted chocolate in it and again beat it for about 4 minutes. Now the chocolate butter cream is ready to serve.
