Chocolate Ganache Recipe

1. Bittersweet chocolate, chopped (9 ounces)
2. dark rum (1tbsp optional)
3. heavy cream (1c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl of medium size, place chocolate in it. Take a small saucepan, place it over medium heat and heat cream in it. Keep it to boil for few seconds.
2. When the cream starts to boil then pour the chopped chocolate over it and mix it until it gets smooth. Mix rum in it if desired. Now keep the ganache to cool slightly and then pour it over the cake.
3. Spread it from the center of the cake to the outward. To get fluffy frosting or chocolate filling, keep it to cool until it gets thick and then beat it with a beater until it gets light and fluffy.
