Creamy Coffee Chocolate Pots Recipe

Ingredients
1. Strong espresso coffee (250ml)
2. plain dark chocolate, chopped (175gms)
3. egg yolks (6)
4. grated nutmeg (as desired)
5. double cream (50ml)
6. sugar (50gms)
7. whisky (2tbsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a small pan, add chocolate, coffee and whisky in it. Heat this mixture until the chocolate gets melted. Then add sugar in it and mix it until the sugar gets dissolved.

2. Take off the pan from heat. At once add egg yolk in it and beat it until the mixture gets thickened. Take 8 small espresso cups or ramekins and pour the mixture through sieve in these cups.

3. Keep them to cool and place them in refrigerator to chill for overnight until they get set. Beat the cream until it hold the shape and then put the cream on each chocolate pot. Dust the grated nutmeg over the cream.

4. Take a roasting dish with depth of about 1 cm and add small amount of boiling water in it. Then place the chocolate pots in it. Keep them for about 1 minute and the take them out from the dish. Now it is ready to serve.
