Delicious Coconut Cream cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Granulated sugar (8 tbsp)
2. corn starch (6 tbsp)
3. milk (1l)
4. petit beurres (45)
5. margarine (1/2 pack)
6. vanilla (1 pack)
7. bananas

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a pan, add milk, sugar, starch in it to make cream. Then take off the pan from heat and add margarine and vanilla in it. Blend the cream for about 15 minutes.

2. Take an oven tray. Lay nylon on it, its edges should be out of the tray. Pour about 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream on it and arrange 5 petit beurres vertically and 3 petit beurres crosswise. Repeat this process for 15 biscuits.

3. Spread the cream all over the biscuits and make it flatten. Make the second and the third layer of the cream cake in same way as the first one. Arrange the bananas on the biscuits.

4. With the help of nylon, give the shape of triangle to the cake. Cover the cake with the rest of the cream. Place the cake in the refrigerator for overnight. Next day remove the nylon and serve the cake.
