1. Rice flour (2tbsp)
2. wheat starch (4tbsp)
3. granulated sugar (1c)
4. milk (1litre)
5. cocoa (1tbsp)
6. petit beurres biscuits (30)
7. butter (1tbsp)
8. vanilla (2pack)
For Upper Side:-
1. cocoa (1tbsp)
2. icing sugar (1pack)
Method of preparation:-
1. First make the powder of the biscuits and add the first half of milk, rice flour, sugar, cocoa and starch in it, mix them well and then cook it over medium heat by stirring regularly.
2. When the mixture reaches to the consistency of milk pudding then take off the pan from heat, add vanilla and ½ tablespoon of butter in it.
3. Take cake mould without whole in the center; line it with cling film stand out of the mould. Pour the mixture into the mould. To make the white side of the cake, use the remaining half of the ingredients except cocoa in the same process. Then pour this white mixture into the mould over the mixture of cocoa.
4. Take a bowl, mix icing sugar and cocoa in it and then spread it over the white layer to make different layers of cake. Now fold the edges of the cling film towards the center of the cake to cover it.
5. Now place the cake in the refrigerator for a day. After a day, take out the cake from refrigerator, take away the film from it and then serve it.
