Five Spice Peanuts Recipe

1. Butter (2 tablespoons)
2. Unsalted peanuts (without skins, 2 cups)
3. Five-spice powder (1/2 teaspoon)
4. Light corn syrup (1 tablespoon)
5. Brown sugar (1/4 cup)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a baking sheet and line it with the foil or a wax paper. You can also spray the nonstick cooking spray.
2. Now in a saucepan, melt butter, corn syrup and brown sugar over the medium heat so that sugar dissolves in it. Now stir in the 5 spice powder and boil the contents.
3. When it reaches the soft ball stage, stir in the peanuts. Now spread the mixture on the sheet and let it stand so that it hardens. Break into the pieces and store it in the sealed can.
