Flourless Chocolate Cake recipe

Ingredients
1. Bittersweet chocolate (18squares about 1 ounce)
2. eggs (6)
3. water (1/2c)
4. unsalted butter (1c)
5. white sugar (3/4c)
6. salt (1/4tsp)

Method of preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to 300 degrees F or 150 degrees C. Take a round cake pan of 10 inches, grease it and keep it aside.

2. Take a small saucepan, place it over medium heat, add sugar, salt and water in it. Cook it by stirring until it gets completely dissolved and then keep it aside. Now melt the bittersweet chocolate in microwave oven or in the top half of double boiler.

3. Take a bowl of electric mixer and pour the chocolate in it. Take butter, cut it into pieces and then add 1 piece at a time into the bowl of mixer. Beat the butter into the chocolate and then add hot sugar water in it and beat it.

4. Slowly beat the eggs in it one at a time. When the batter gets ready then pour it into the greased pan. Now take a pan larger to the cake pan, put the cake pan in it and then fill it with boiling water halfway up the sides of the cake pan.

5. Bake the cake in the water bath for about 45 minutes at 300 degrees F or 150 degrees C. Place the cake in the refrigerator for overnight to chill. Now dip the bottom of the cake pan in hot water for about 10 seconds and then invert it on a serving plate to take it out from the pan.
