Fresh Fruit In Yogurt Pots Recipe

Ingredients
1. Raspberries (80gms)
2. orange juice (2tbsp)
3. sugar (1tsp)
4. mixed fresh and frozen berries (150gms)
5. soft brown sugar (25gms)
6. brown bread (50gms)
7. vanilla yogurt (250gms)
8. cantaloupe melon, diced (80gms)
9. strawberries, diced, plus extra sliced for garnish (80gms)
10. vanilla pods (to garnish)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a saucepan, place it over medium heat. Place the mixed berries, orange juice and sugar in it. Cook them for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then take off the pan from heat and keep it aside to cool.

2. Take 4 glasses and then put the mixture into the base of these glasses. Then place the layers of raspberries, cut strawberries and melon and then the vanilla yogurt.

3. Place the glasses in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill. Heat the grill to hot. Take brown bread, crumb it roughly and then mix it with soft brown sugar.

4. Take a baking tray; spread the mixture of brown bread and soft brown sugar in it. Place the tray under hot grill for about 10 to 15 minutes until the sugar gets caramelized.

5. Then keep it to cool until it becomes crunchy. Then crumble this mixture and dust it over the fruit and yogurt pots. Decorate each pot with a piece of vanilla pod and sliced strawberry. Now the dessert is ready to serve.
