Homemade Cream Filled Individual Sponge Cakes Recipe

1. Evaporated milk (1can about 5 ounce)
2. white sugar (1c)
3. shortening (1/2c)
4. butter (1/2c)
5. yellow cake mix (1package about 18.25 ounce)
6. vanilla extract (1tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take baking pan of 9*13-inch and bake cake in it according to the instructions on the package in the oven. Then take it out from the oven, keep it to cool and then cut the cake into bars. Make two layers in each bar by cutting it in half lengthwise.
2. Take a large bowl, beat butter in it with an electric mixer. Beat it until it becomes creamy. Then beat shortening in it, a little at a time until the mixture gets fluffy. Gently beat sugar in it.
3. Take a bowl, mix evaporated milk and vanilla in it and then beat it into the filling mixture until it gets fluffy. Now fill this fluffy filling into the cake bars.
