Honey Almond Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Flour (2c)
2. granulated sugar (1c)
3. eggs (2)
4. yogurt (2/3c)
5. vanilla (1pack)
6. baking powder (1pack)
7. vegetable oil (1/3c)

For Inner Cream:-

1. Flour (1tbsp)
2. starch (1tbsp)
3. milk (1c)
4. vanilla (1/2pack)
5. granulated sugar (3tbsp)
6. egg (1)

For Upper Layer:-

1. Margarine (1/5pack about 1.8 ounces)
2. milk (7tbsp)
3. vanilla (1/2pack)
4. honey (2tbsp)
5. granulated sugar (1 1/2tbsp)
6. sliced almonds (as desired)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar in it until the mixture turns to white in color. Then add flour, vegetable oil, baking powder, vanilla and yogurt in it. Mix it until the mixture becomes smooth.

2. Take a cake mould of 10 inches without hole in the center. Pour the mixture in the mould. Place the mould in oven and bake it for about 40 minutes at 365 degrees F. Then take out the cake from oven and then transect it.

3. For Inner Cream; take a pan, add cold milk in it and then mix flour, starch, egg and sugar in it. Beat this mixture properly. Heat this mixture over medium heat until it reaches to the consistency of milk pudding.

4. Then take off the pan from heat and mix vanilla in it. Spread this cream over the first piece of the cake and place the second layer of cake on it.

5. For Upper Cream; take a pot, put milk, margarine, honey and sugar in it and then cook it over low heat until it gets transparent. Then add the sliced almonds and cook for about 5 minutes.

6. Take off the pot from heat and add vanilla in it. Now cover the cake with this upper cream and then place the cake in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and then serve it.
