Hung Yun Dau Fu (Almond Pudding) Recipe

Ingredients
1. Almonds blanched and ground paste (10)
2. sweetened condensed milk (1can)
3. almond essence (2tsps)
4. agar strands or china grass (1c) or agar powder (4tsps)
5. water (4c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan, add water in it and keep it to boil and then add agar in it. Mix it until it gets dissolved. Powdered agar gets dissolves easily then strands. Then add almond paste, condensed milk and essence in it. Mix it properly.

2. Take a large shallow dish, pour the mixture in it. Place the dish in the refrigerator to keep it chill. When it gets chilled then cut it into diamond or cube shaped pieces. Now the almond pudding is ready to serve. Serve it with mixed fruits or itself.
