Low Sugar Chocolate Souffle Recipe

Ingredients
1. Cream of tartar (1/4tsp)
2. salt (1/2tsp)
3. egg whites (4)
4. sugar free caramel flavored syrup (1tsp)
5. softened butter (2tbsp)
6. egg yolks (3)
7. instant coffee granules (1tbsp)
8. unsweetened chocolate (2squares)
9. milk (1c)
10. cornstarch (2tbsp)
11. splenda (1/2c)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan of medium size, mix splenda, cornstarch and instant coffee in it and then gently add milk in it. Add chocolate and cook it over medium heat by stirring regularly until the chocolate gets melted. Then take off the pan from heat.

2. Take bowl, beat egg yolks in it until get yellow color and then gradually beat it into the chocolate mixture. Mix butter and caramel flavored syrup. Now keep it to cool to room temperature.

3. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take 6 cups soufflé dish, butter them. Lightly spread splenda at the bottom and around the sides of buttered dish.

4. Make a band with aluminum foil and extend it about 4 inches above the top of the dish. Apply butter on the one side of foil and dust splenda over it. This will extend the depth of the dish.

5. Take a bowl, beat cream of tartar and egg whites in it until the peaks get form. Add half of the egg whites into the chocolate until it get mixed well. Then add the rest of the egg whites. Pour the mixture into the dish.

6. Place the dish in oven and bake it at 350 degrees f for about 50 minutes until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
