Mango Float Recipe

Thin slices of ripe mangoes, mashed ripe mango (1/2c), sweetened condensed milk, chilled (2/3c), heavy cream, chilled (1c), vanilla extract (1tsp), Graham Crackers or Slices of Chiffon cake.
For Garnish:- Maraschino cherries, cashew nuts or any chopped nuts and mango slices.
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl, beat cream and sweetened condensed milk in it. Add mashed mango and then mix vanilla. Place it in the refrigerator to chill. Take a Pyrex or transparent dish of 9*9 or 9*13 inch. Place the crackers on the bottom of the dish and spread 1/3 of the cream mixture. Place some mango slices on it and then again spread the layer of crackers. Repeat this process; the top layer should be of cream mixture. Dust the chopped nuts over it and decorate it with maraschino cherries or mango slices for good look. Place it in the refrigerator to chill and then serve it.
